Just a little bit about me ….
I find that I like to spend some time getting to know my clients before we begin to shoot. This helps make the shoot go smoother and is really much more enjoyable! So, I thought here is my chance to tell you a little bit about me …
I was 14 when I first realized my passion for photography! I have been shooting ever since!
I have won awards for some of my images and I truly love what I do!
These are things you hear from all photographers …. now some interesting facts about this particular photographer:
1. I admit, I’m addicted to facebook.
2. I’ve officially converted from white to red wine.
3. Beach volleyball is my part time job. I spend 15 hours a week practicing. Still working on my Olympic dream (but I just heard they already picked the team for the 2012 olympics) : (
4. My cell phone bills are way too high.
5. I can’t keep a rosemary tree alive for more than a week.
6. I absolutely adore kids! So much that every time I see one, I comment how “it’s the cutest kid I’ve ever seen!” (my husband has heard that enough times already, he no longer believes me)
7. I moved to Canada when I was 7 – the night before Halloween. My parents had just heard about this strange event and quickly rushed out to get me a costume. I wore a mask of a bald, big nosed, wrinkly man … while my friend went out as a princess. Never again I told them!
8. I’ve taken on a new passion for cooking! I know … so what? Well this is coming from a girl that could only make ice cubes a year ago! So it’s a BIG step!
9. And if you have made it this far, I might as well tell you.
I’m actually a Chartered Accountant – but I’ve been photographing much longer than I have been crunching numbers (so I’m much better at this artsy stuff).
